Pirates of Penzance, Jr. |
For the first time in Town Hall history, the genius of William S. Gilbert and Sir Arthur Sullivan comes to our educational program in one of the most magnificent, hysterical, and brilliant musicals ever penned. An hilarious farce of sentimental pirates, bumbling policemen, dim-witted young lovers, dewy-eyed daughters and an eccentric Major-General, all morally bound to the often-ridiculous dictates of honor and duty.

You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown |
Based on the Comic Strip "Peanuts" by Charles M. Schulz Book, Music and Lyrics by Clark Gesner Winner of two Tony Awards and five Drama Desk awards, one of the most beloved musicals of all time finally comes to our teenagers at Town Hall Theatre. Grab your beloved blanket and join the Peanuts gang in this heartfelt, hysterical rendition of Charles Schulz's comic strip masterpiece. Witness Snoopy take on the Red Baron, Lucy van Pelt pine after Beethoven-obsessed Schroeder, and Charlie Brown bemoan his existence in some of the most winning music that Broadway has ever known. Including the songs "My Blanket & Me", "T-E-A-M (The Baseball Game)", "The Book Report" and "Happiness", this play reminds us that friendship is in the most unlikely places, and love truly conquers all.
